Yes. Most homeowners book us 2–4 times per year. We can put you on an automatic schedule and send reminders, or you can join one of our memberships for predictable monthly pricing.

Window Cleaning

Most Des Moines homes benefit from 2–4 cleanings per year, depending on tree cover, dust, and proximity to construction. Members get cleanings on a scheduled cadence.

Yes. We have ladders and water-fed pole systems rated for two- and three-story homes. No extra charge for upper floors on most homes.

Yes — screens are removed, washed, and reinstalled at no extra charge on every exterior cleaning.

Yes, but it's a separate service. Hard-water deposits require chemical treatment and can't always be fully removed. We'll tell you upfront what's possible.

Rainwater is generally pure and won't streak clean glass. If it rains within 48 hours and you're unhappy, we'll come back free of charge.

Gutter Cleaning

Twice yearly for most Des Moines homes — once after spring blooms drop, once after fall leaves. Homes with heavy tree cover may need quarterly.

We don't install gutter guards (we believe most are oversold), but we'll clean homes that have them and tell you honestly which systems work and which don't.

We'll show you with photos and recommend a trusted local gutter installer. We don't upsell repair work — that's not our business.

Yes. We just need yard access. We'll text before/after photos and an invoice.

Pricing & Booking

We give flat-rate quotes upfront — never hourly. Quotes are based on window count, square footage, height, and accessibility. We never charge for things like screen cleaning, ladder work, or plant protection.

No deposits for residential work. We invoice after the job is complete and you've inspected it.

Card, check, Venmo, and Zelle. Members can set up automatic billing.

Yes — just give us 24 hours' notice. No fees, no hassle.

We bundle interior + exterior windows for 15% off. We also offer membership tiers that save members 15–25% per service vs one-off bookings.
